As you know stay hydrated is very informant for healthy life. That’s means you have to drink plenty of water every day.Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses a day. Water means fresh water not soda, caffeine or any other type of liquid. Soda has a high concentration of sodium. Sodium retains fluids. You need fluid that will hydrate and flush your body free of toxins.
